Keswick C is a 64 unit 4 story building with an elevator located in a private community in Deerfield Beach, Florida, also known as Century Village East (CVE) in Deerfield Beach.  The building is a short walk to the clubhouse.  There is a patio in the front with propane cookers.  Over the course of the year, the temperature in the area typically varies from 61°F to 89°F and is rarely below 46°F or above 92°F.

CVE is a gated 55+ community with 8,508 units. These units are low-maintenance condos located within the 750-acre community. The community was developed between 1970 and 1995.
